Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section labelling various areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
